No Power Detected

I'm trying to swap out my Jackson T-32-P thermostat for a nest thermostat. It looks to be wired correctly but it says there's no power.

When you swapped your original for the Nest, did you turn the HVAC breaker off? If you didn't, check for a possible blown fuse in the furnace/air handler.

Are you sure you have a heat pump and not a conventional system?

@Patrick_Caezza , it was indeed a blown fuse on the control board. Thanks for the reply!
