No Power????

So my power went off for a few hours and now it is back on and my thermostat is saying “no power” 

what should I do after doing the restart … it Still says “no power”

Sorry to hear about your thermostat but thanks for reaching out. I want to dig deeper into it. 

 

A few questions — what specific Nest thermostat is this? Do you see a code on your thermostat display? Also, if what you have is the Nest Thermostat E or the Nest Learning Thermostat, have you tried charging the display using a USB cable for at least an hour?
