Hi folks,

Thanks for chiming in, @Frustratedddd

@Dimondale, thanks for reaching out to us, and I'm sorry to hear about the situation. I want to check if you are still in need of any help. If so, try these steps:

  1. Turn off the power to the HVAC system.
  2. Remove the thermostat display.
  3. Kindly disconnect the W/W1 wire; make sure the thermostat wires are properly stripped and seated in the thermostat base.
  4. Reconnect the wire back to its terminal.
  5. Reinstall the thermostat display and make sure it clicks into place.
  6. Turn the power back on.
  7. Check if heat mode now appears on the thermostat display's Quick View Menu.

Let us know how it goes.

Best,

Zoe
