My house is freezing 🥶 the heat wouldn’t come on at night back in December and we would be freezing while trying to sleep. Now in January during snow and it’s freezing outside my house doesn’t have heat at all. Everyone is walking around with the sniffles and coats. This is truly upsetting I have children youngest age is one. I pay for gas and electric but yet my house feel like we’re living outdoors. Where is the heat and why is this happening?
