No hot water schedule showing

I have had the nest thermostat for a few months now, but the app does not show the water schedule, this is the nest learning stat 3rd edition, the app is the iOS version 

any help please

Thank you for the information @AVAGO01 . Just to check, do you have the hot water control/schedule on the thermostat display itself? Did you have it previously?
