No power M20

I’ve had that thermostat for over a year now, everything working fine. Today, out of the blue i hear the AC starting/stopping multiple times, and when I check the monitor it said No Power and this message M20?

i know the wiring is fine since it was working yesterday and we didn’t make any changes. Help?
