No power error

It keeps saying no power, I have all the wires correct but it shows none of them are. I hooked back up my old thermostat and it works fine. I have 6 wires and on my old thermostat it has C, R, Y, O/B, G, and the white one is on an E with a little jumper wire from a W2. I dont have a heat pump its just an electric HVAC system.

Hi luulu1999,

Yikes! I'm sorry to hear that your recently installed Nest Thermostat is showing you a power error message. Are you located in North America or Europe? What type of Nest Thermostat do you have? What is the error message that your Nest Thermostat shows? Did you try using the Help Center or troubleshooter before contacting support? If so, which steps have you tried already? And could you send us a photo of your previous thermostat wiring configuration and a photo of how you connected the wires to the Nest Thermosta base? Also, you may use our Compatibility Checker to determine if a Nest Thermostat is compatible with your heating and cooling system.

I'll look forward to your response.

Best,

Zoe
