No power to heat link

There is no power on my heat link. No lights are showing.
I have done all the troubleshooting as specified. 
we have no heating or hot water

Hi there and thanks for reaching our community. I'm sorry you're facing this issue, but I'm here to help. Just to check it out, if you press on the button on the Heat Link, do any LED lights come up?

There are no lights on there to begin with and still no lights when I press button

Hi, the form went through but it seems the wrong serial number is on it. We need the serial number of the display starting with 09A. You can find it on the back of the thermostat display if you take it off the base. Please submit the you received in the email from my colleague again with that serial number. Once done let me know.
