No refund for replaced Nest Thermostat

I sent an invoice for the electrician bill for replacement of a faulty nest thermostat on 11th October but have received no refund and no contact since 13th October. I have followed up several times - nobody is replying to emails or contacting me back

This isn't encouraging, given that I've just sent my invoices for reimbursement. 

 

It does say in the email that got from them that it can take up to 5 business days to process the invoices, then up to 18 business days for the payment to show in your account. Not ideal, but you may still be within these timelines. 

Yes, definitely not encouraging. It has been past that, but worse is that the last message was "we'll call you tomorrow to confirm", six weeks ago, and they didn't and have ignored every follow up email.
