Not Charging

Hello. I think my Nest was wired correctly. However, it’s not charging up. 

I have a heat only system, forced air. I connected to the RC and W.

Help!!

You need a C wire and the R should be in Rh not Rc. Do you have a spare wire you can use for a C wire?
