Not Connected

I have 2 nest learning thermostats, a month ago one stopped connecting to my Wi-Fi and will not reconnect. It cannot see any networks to connect to. Furthermore when I select network it freezes for a few minutes. Battery level is good. Still connected with and works with the Heatlink. The other thermostat is fine so I know it’s not a network or compatibility issue. I have followed all the reset advice but no good, Any ideas ?

I'm so sorry to hear that. Let's try to restart the display for three times off the base and let me know if the issue still persists. 

Also could you please tell me if you see any messages when you go to Settings > Network?

Thank you for responding, I chatted with Google Nest chat help line and we did some tests which resulted in a replacement head unit required. So ordered and all sorted now.
