Why is it that the app can tell you at all hours if the day that you're not connected but my phone is connected to the wifi just fine the Netflix is working just fine why is it that the nest is the only thing that has connectivity problems and why the hell isn't there a connect option in the app instead of having to go to the nest physically and play with it there should be an easy "connect" option within the app nobody has time to be playing with the hub that's literally the entire reason people purchase the nest to not have to deal with a hub they want to be able to control from their phone and the connectivity of your product is horrific. Don't even think about saying I have a router issue either, my router internet provider and everything else in my home works just fine besides my piece of crap nest and piece of crap ring. Worst company ever fix your stuff!!!

While the nest can work on any network, it is more reliable if you connect it to the lower speed channel 2.4 rather than the 5.0 unfortunately most appliances and radio frequencies don't have consistent communication on the 5.0 networks. Their designers rely on channel technology (the old but reliable and over burdened standard). If u have a 2.4 channel on your network (which u can setup easily in parallel to your 5.0) u can connect your nest to it and it will better isolate its communications with the router. The ideal situation would be to create a subnet for all of your smart devices, but that is beyond the scope of your average consumer.

one of my cameras is disconnected...the ithers One camera is not connected any more ....others cameras are connected

How do I diagnose the problem?????

Don't know how to get it back online. Can't fix it ....source of issue is unknown.
