Not connecting to Wifi

Hi Guys.

Don't know if this is the right place to contact Google...

My Google Nest is no longer connecting to WiFi. I've followed all of the troubleshooting procedures and still nothing. I've only had the thermostat since December, really disappointed 😞 

Would appreciate some help.

Hello, 

My thermostat started presenting the same behavior. I noticed it started just after the last update on March 3rd 2023. 

I'm trying to find a way to contact nest and inform them that this can be a problem with this update version.
