Not cooling

We have been using our nest without issue for just over 3 years. Our HVAC system was updated with new central air exactly 2 years ago and we just had it checked due to this issue. We were told that it is in perfect working condition. We have no error codes. We have tried turning the system off and on again, with no success. The nest shows that the house is 78 and will take 2+ hours to cool. It initially said delayed. It has been doing this for 3 days. Prior to that we had turned it to off for 2 days due to a cold snap.

I'm so sorry to hear that your thermostat isn't reaching the desired temperature. I know how important it is to have a cozy home, especially when it's hot outside. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you.

This appears to be most likely a power-related issue; your thermostat sends a signal to activate your AC unit, but the system is having a hard time reaching the target temperature at a specific time. Can you share with us a photo of your thermostat's wiring? Are you experiencing the same thing when activating your heat? Also, gather the power readings in the Technical Info settings.
