Not keeping temperature.

Hello all, so far since I have switched to air conditioning for the year, my thermostat is not keeping proper temp. I have input all temps for different modes and it is supposed to drop from 76 degrees in the house to 68 at 3:30 everyday. When we get home from work, it is typically at least 80 degrees in the house and immediately turns on and starts cooling down if we touch the screen.

today however, we have had a heat index of 107 and come home to 80, and it won’t even try to go below 75. Any recommendations on what to do would be appreciated!

Sorry for the late reply. I wanted to follow up and see I could be of any help. Do you mind me asking if you have home/away set up on your device? This may be the reason why your system is not cooling when you are not at home. Please let me know if you are still having any trouble from here, as I would be happy to take a closer look and assist you further.
