I have a gen2 thermo but haven't received the discount code for gen4, which is expected because of the service discountinuity. Anyway I can get it?

This is just a community forum so we aren’t able to give you your discount code. You can, however, reach out to Google Nest support via chat, email, or phone and they should be able to help you.

Don't bother, they'll just do the same thing in 5-10 years with the new version. Switch to a company that won't screw its customers over.

I used the link provided in my advisory email, and it recognizes that I have 2) 2nd Gen Learning and extended the discount to 2 4th Gen when I put them into cart and continued to checkout, which I did not yet complete.
i have a 3rd unit which I believe is 3rd Gen.
