It will depend on your system setup, do you have multiple HVAC systems , or one system with multiple control points ? Use the compatibility check for more data
"Thermostat Compatibility - Google Store" https://store.google.com/us/widget/compatibility/thermostat

I have only one HVAC, which has two thermostats, because the house has two levels. I already installed the nest on the upper floor, but I wanted to know if I also had to buy another one for the lower part, to be able to program it

Hey there Alfredo,
Just wanted to hop in here to provide some clarity. Thanks to @Ashepherdson for the help as well. You don't need to buy 2 thermostats to be able to have them sense the overall temperature of the house. You can however, purchase some temperature sensors that work with the Nest Thermostat and they will be able to help keep your house regulated.
Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.
Best regards,
