Offline…again

I have restarted my router- over ten times, I have restarted my Nest, reconfigured the router, you name it….and it continues to go offline…..

 

any other suggestions here??!!!  I’m at a loss….it’s a year old!!!!

I believe there is a bigger issue.  I have a similar experience and yours is the second similar post.  

My thermostat has worked fine for many years and two days ago it went 'off line' in the Nest iOS app, but shows (at the thermostat) to be connected to the wifi and all of my local configurations have not been changed.  I even worked a couple hours with online support this morning and we were unable to resolve the issue.
