Due to a power outage my thermostat went offline. After power restored it asked for wifi and pw. It keeps telling me that the pw is incorrect. All my other products such as RING cameras, etc are connected. What is going on?

I can't explain anything other than that the password was entered incorrectly. You can also try to restart the thermostat and Wi-Fi, that might help.

Restarted and still same result.

In the network setup section, it will list the available WiFi names. Perhaps you selected the wrong one but are entering the 'right' password. Or you're entering the password incorrectly.

Verified both and also restarted. Still same problem. Says pw has changed but it has not. All my other equipment phones, laptop, RING cameras are all connecting fine.
