I currently have a Robert Shaw thermostat, it has all the wires that a Nest one requires, but it also has a wire that is lettered EW1 and I can't find it on the compatibility site. What is the EW1 wire and will a Nest work on this system?
Please upload a pic of your current wiring and if you can provide some details of your hvac setup that would be great (e.g heat pump with emergency heat etc)
