One of the WORST

Smart Thermostat that is stuck in Nursery School.  Love how Google thinks they are so smart with their service that in reality, just sucks.  For some stupid reason I keep getting this dumb yellow gear icon with a gay ass leaf in the middle.  It just runs my system till the coils freeze then I have to wait 48 hours for my system to work.  This only started once this dumb ICON started appearing.  I go into settings and turn off everything but it keeps coming back.  Its like Google wants to mess **bleep** up on purpose.  Going to change out both gay ass thermostats for an asylum seeker who needs a job.  They would do better than the crap Google makes.  Should have never switched to Nest and just kept my Honeywell $80 thermostat.  You live and learn but Google and Amazon both suck and all they want to do is find ways to listen, learn about you so they can try and sell you crap you don't need.  They both don't give a **bleep** about your actual needs just what their AI thinks you need.

Hello NestSUCKSbig,

I'm sorry you have to experience this, and we hope you can have a better time. I'd like to investigate this further and try to make things right.

It appears that the Nest Thermostat was enrolled in an energy-saving program such as Rush Hour Rewards. If you would like to opt out, please contact your utility company to unenroll the account associated with the thermostat. To learn more about it, please take a look at this article and let me know if you have more questions.

Regards,
Mark
