Only 6 characters code

The Nest app won’t accept my entry key. Appears it wants 7 characters, mine only has 6.

The entry key is usually a 7 digit one ie., 123 ROAD

You have not mentioned the stat you have or anything. More information would help.

Was able to resolve it. Thankfully, the QR code was found onscreen so everything fell in place
