I was somehow logged out of my Nest app and can't get back in. My login has always been saved in my phone, and I've never changed it. Now it's saying my password is incorrect, and nothing happens when I hit Forgot Password (yes I've checked my Spam folder). I have not migrated to Google, so I don't know how to access my account! Any ideas for me?

Yes, I still need help please. I know how to reset the password, but I'm not getting an automated email when I try to do it.

Great troubleshooting so far, @angelacc76! I'm sorry to hear that you can't sign in on the Nest app to have access to your Nest Thermostat. The reason you're not receiving any verification code from Nest might be because the email you're trying to use is not associated with your Nest device. Please try signing in with another email address you might have and see if it works.

I know for a fact I have the right email address because I had the email and password saved in my phone. But after I was logged off of the app, my login quit working and I can't get the Reset Password email.
