[DSL18]

I am 75 years old. Freezing now with Neuropathy in feet and legs. Now all I can do is contact the Palm Beach Post and the Sun Sentinel in Ft Lauderdale for published help!  Had this "E"" unit for years. Tried several Heat/AC contractors and nothing is ever fixed. They play with unit set this and that and nothing! Now I am really suffering. My legs and feet feel like ICE, HONESTLY! Do you know the name of a one REAL EDUCATED "E" Unit contractor in Boca Raton? Need to set "COOL" on a hot day and get some "HEAT" on a cool day/night. As I see it NEST had spread their wings in so many areas and leaves reams of information on line to confuse older folks even more. My working years I was owner and president of a large furniture retail operation both North and in the South. l ways felt rather intelligent for which large results proved.

• When did this issue begin?

• What other unusual symptoms have you experienced since the problem started?

• Are there any error messages? If so, what are they?

• Does the issue occur with heating only, cooling only, or both?

• Have you checked the power readings on the Nest Thermostat?
