My thermostat doesn't recognise my phone location and keeps turning the heating off because I'm apparently not here. I have been through all the usual settings and permissions and they are all correct. And I am sitting in the house, on the Nest app, and still it tells me that the location for my phone is "not here". Location is working fine for all other apps.
Using the motion sensor on the thermostat would be unreliable for us so I really want it to recognise the presence of my phone (which is a Samsung S9, as it does know). What else can I do?
