Poor customer service wasted 2 hours on phone about nest thermostat. Promised me 100 off on nest 4th generation. Transferred me to another associate the said the previous associate gave wrong information. Then proceed to tell me i was not on there app and it was installed incorrectly. I sent screen shot showing were i had earned leafs so on. Where is my discount code. Rude inexperienced associates. Associate did not know there own product and gives false information

Was on the phone for over two hours with an associate did all the troubleshooting. They agreed to give me $100 off the nest fourth generation so I would receive it by email. I told him I didn’t receive an email the transfer me to someone else that associate then try to deny it so that was false information that the previous associate didn’t know what they were doing. I took a screenshot showing what I was told what I was promised and they still tried to deny it then try to tell me it was wiring issue that my thermostat was installed incorrectly and I hadn’t been on the app for 28 consecutive days I did not qualify for a discount. I took a screenshot and showed them the emails where it showed that our leaf badges and then I was on the app. the blame was put back on me even though they gave false information promised me a code for $100 off a new thermostat which I’ve have yet receive said it would be escalated and just passing me around as though I don’t matter I’m just another person to them cause the company is so large they could care less on how they treat people. Poor customer service I have never been treated so poorly by any company. I would never allow my socials to act in such a rude crude matter and give false information
