Poor instructions, impossible appication

Tried to install thermostat application (install itself easy).  Awful experience.  Not user friendly at all (assumes user knows lingo) got message saying not enough power, but I could order something to fix that.  Whoo!  Felt like a scam (and the payment for help…what?).  Could never get to part of app to control temperature.  Reinstalling old thermostat.  Never recommend this!
