Power Loss on Thermostat

I have a Nest that has worked for several years quite well. I had a PG&E power loss today for about 90 minutes. Power is restored but my Nest has not restored. Screen is blank and nothing I do restores it. Not a Nest with replaceable batteries.  Any thoughts?

Hi Peter06,

 

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your Nest Thermostat. To isolate the issue, could you try plugging in  your Nest Thermostat to a wall outlet using a micro USB? Let us know how it goes.
