Power issue - flashing lights - USB cable connection

Nest thermostat keeps flashing red orange and green. The green flashes then a white house, which flashes off, then returns before turning off - it then flashes orange and says the thermostat is restarting back in a bit then flashes red and just keeps recurring over and over again. The product isn't wired in, it is on a direct charge using USB cable. Not sure how to resolve it - so advice would be welcome.

Thanks for reaching out. Could you tell us please when did the situation start occurring at first and when was the thermostat installed? Also, could you clarify please if the thermostat is plugged correctly on the base and the base is the one connected to power via USB?

Thanks for following up DragosC. I chatted to Google Nest and they did a diagnostic of my Nest and found it faulty. They have sent a replacement. This thread can be closed.
