Presence and Geolocation

I set up a new Nest thermostat.  This morning, after the thermostat changed to comfort mode at the set time, it changed to Eco an hour later.  Both phones were upstairs at the time, and the thermostat is downstairs, less than 100 feet away.  I understand the range for presence is about 600 feet, so i cant figure out why it went to Eco.

hi Jake - yes i still need help - sorry i couldnt find the thread to respond earlier.  I have set up a routine and presence settings and allowed everything i need to but the thermostat doesnt seem to go to Eco when we leave or back to Comfort when we are home.  We have two phones linked and both have the same settings

hi Juni - looks like you and Jake both responded and I shared the following:   I have set up a routine and presence settings and allowed everything i need to but the thermostat doesnt seem to go to Eco when we leave or back to Comfort when we are home.  We have two phones linked and both have the same settings
