- Are you using presence sensing to create Home and Away routines?
- Are you trying to set up the presence sensing on the Google Home app or Nest app?
- Is your Nest thermostat linked to the same account as the device you're using to manage presence sensing?
- Are location services enabled on your device, and are they accurate?
- Is your phone connected to the same WiFi network as the thermostat?
