Question about nest compatibility

I have a Frigidaire FFRP152HT4 ductless split system; it does not currently have a thermostat. The wires on the terminal are R W Y O GH GL C

Can anyone tell me if this is compatible with Nest? Is there a specific type of nest thermostat that I would need? Thanks in advance.
