I HAVE WORKED WITH NEST CUSTOMER SERVICE TO GET A REPLACEMENT THERMOSTAT. I WAS SENT AN EMAIL TO MY HOTMAIL EMAIL BUT I CANNOT OPEN IT TO REPLACE MY THERMOSTAT. I CAN NOT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE
