Thermostat Nest V2 don't send heat command to heatlink

Bonjour, j'ai le même problème que vous depuis le début de semaine. La programmation ne fonctionne plus. Je suis novice en technologies nouvelles, pouvez-vous m'aider dans les manipulations à faire. Merci
