I got a new iPhone 13 Pro.. and am NOT able to connect to my already installed NEST Thermostat. I have followed all the instruction.. but my thermostat does not allow me to view my 'KEY' to add it to the app. It tells me that I am already connected.

Does the Nest App section say connected on the display?
Yes?
You should be able to download the app, and just login into your account.
