Reaches temperature then go's off.

Nest T3028GB. We set temperature to let's say 21 degrees, reaches 21 turns off, house goes cold then we then need to set temperature to lets say 24 degrees to get heating, doesn't keep an average temperature. Please help Many thanks, john

We'll start by clearing the temperature schedules your thermostat has learned. You can do this by following the complete guides here. After that, you can now set your own temperature schedule and observe how it will go.
