Last night our heat link receiver just stopped working. It’s only been in 18months the neighbour is a electrician and said everything is ok except the receiver. Obviously there’s a massive fault with these if so many are completely failing. So if Google know this which they will should look into how they are made and what components are used. Definitely should send replacements out and not expect people to pay for new ones when it is massively obvious they have a big problem with these units.
