Recovery of hot water control the icon has disappeared from the thermostat

Can you help recover the hot water control function lost a day ago on a new installation, A heat pump heating source with a actuated 3 way valve to switch to the hot water. It was working fine then the function disappeared from the thermostat.  I have tried a complete reset but couldn't get it back.

Did you ever get this resolved? we are having the exact same thing. The heating is still working, but hot water has disappeared on my app and the thermostat!
