Thanks for getting back to me. You received an email from Google Nest support on 22nd of October. You can reply to that email with the invoice. Let me know if you can't find the email.

yesterdat I got an email asking for details connected to the invoice and a copy of the invoice from a hotmail address Sounds suspicious and makes me wonder how secure this system is?

We need the invoice sent to us via email so we can have it attached to the case. Since you say it's not working, reach us out via chat, here's the link: https://bit.ly/3adTfGB. Give the case number to the agent that handles your chat and send them the invoice in the chat interaction. They'll take care of it.

This has being going on since 16th October 2021 and I’m still waiting for a refund. I have sent an invoice twice by email and twice by this hub with no response. Please would somebody address the issue. Sending a proper email link would be a positive step.

On your case there's no invoice showing as you couldn't send it by replying to one of our emails. We can't process the reimbursement without the invoice. Did you contact us via chat as I suggested?

When you use this link you should see in the middle of the screen something looking like a form. The first section is called 'What can we help with?', the second one 'Resources' and the third one 'Contact options'. After you fill in the first 2 sections you'll be able to select 'Chat'. Does it work?

Please could you send instructions of how to claim my re-imbursment via my e-mail, a normal email to send and respond to NOT the hub. I’m sure whatever errors are happening is down to my inability in its use. However I feel I have been very reasonable and patient over the last three months but to no avail. Email is the system used successfully by most firms to deal with such detail so could you please do likewise before you force me to go further and go to the courts.
