My replacement Google Nest, now no longer connects to WiFi. I called for support and after going through 40 minutes of repeated troubleshooting, I was told that my warranty had expired two months ago and there was nothing they could do for me. Shocking. So apparently, the replacement thermostat had NO warranty on it, as they applied the warranty from my original thermostat (which had the same WiFi issue). Way-to-go Google! Selling an overpriced product with a known defect and replace said product WITH THE SAME DEFECT! Thanks.
