Replacement Thermostat - No Heat Since November 2nd

I would like to bring to the attention of a Google advisor on here, if they think waiting since 2nd November for a replacement thermostat is the right way to address the situation?

I have checked the RMA number which says I have cancelled the replacement, well I obviously would not do that!

I sent the thermostat back on the 3rd November, and you received the package on the 5th November.

I have contacted support, and they say I have to be patient, how long am I expected to wait.

This is not getting very far, so please can someone make sense of this please?

I asked a question 4 days ago, and no reply.

For goodness sake, what is the point of this forum if you cannot get an advisor to help?

Monday i posted this question, it's now Thursday, and no reply. I get stupid messages about how wondeful I am with @Kudos' [what on earth they are all about], for heavens sake help out.

24hrs, NO reply from an advisor. Why?
