Replacement thermostat set up

Hi

I have a replacement 3rd gen learning thermostat. I’ve come to set it up and I go through the steps as advised. However, when I come to pairing it with the heat link on the equipment stage rather than having options such as reset link, pair link etc it goes straight to trying to connect to a heat link and states the heat link has no power. When I check the equipment info it is because it is trying to link to a different heat link. How do I get the correct options to display in set up so I can pair this thermostat with my existing heat link?

Hi there @Gareth83! I'm really sorry to hear about this, but I'l do my best to sort this out. Could you please tell me what is the color of the light of your Heat Link? Also, can you tell me if you have performed a factory reset on the previous thermostat before shipping it to us?
