Replacement thermostat

I had a HVAC company look at my heating problem and they said the Nest Thermostat isn't sending the correct voltage to my system. They changed the g wire with Y1. They will return to install my replacement Thermostat when I receive it. I can't seem to get anyone from Google to return my calls.

Thanks for posting. Are you located in North America or Europe? What type of Nest Thermostat do you have? Also, could you send us the service invoice from your HVAC company that determined the issue with the Nest Thermostat?
