Reply messages are rejected

I post messages on this site, and I receive a reply.

The reply rarely addresses my question.

Later, I receive a message which asks if my problem was solved.

When I reply to this message, my reply bounces.  It has happened several times - most recently about 30 minutes ago.

Does anybody know why?

I have found in some cases when I click a link to the community from an email, it takes me to the post, as expected, but a reply produces an error. In my case it is because I am not logged in to the community. After clicking that link and before you start typing a reply, check the avatar icon in the upper right. It should be the image selected for your profile (in your case it looks like the corner of a house or building). If it is a gray generic avatar click it to initiate a login, then start your reply.

Thanks for your interest, but my problem is when sending a 'reply' email to a member of the community.  It is related to the email systems and not the website.  It has just happened again and  I will make another post entitled "Undelivered Reply Emails".

Likely I am confused, but ... I think you need to reply in the community forum not use reply in your email system. The email will have a link. Click it. Start a Reply on the community site then submit using the [Reply] button.

This website gets wierder and wierder.

I've already had conversations with Cristian about this thread, and now others join in.

You send me emails that I can't reply to, without even telling me that I can't reply to them.

You shut down threads one day after posting your last message.

You then expect me to open a new thread to continue the conversation

You have several people sending me answers to different threads that I'm forced to start.

You reply to threads, maybe for the fifth time, by sending me a one-liner in response to my several questions.

You don't really seem interested in the questions - you just want to send out a standard link to part of the website which is not relevant to my question.

Is there a manager there?  Do Google know about this?
