Report usage - not receiving it.

I replaced my thermostat two month ago. Monthly report doesn't give me the details on how much it is be used. I have changed the location - Name- I don't know how to report this name change, probably my problem in getting monthly info - How to add my new name. And delete old name? Thanking you in advance.

You may need to factory reset the thermostat and set it up all over again, however you may try to go back to setting and see if you can change the zip code when you originally set up the thermostat. Regretfully, If all else factory reset may be you best option.
