Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delayed response. I want to check on this further. 

 

To confirm — do you have a migrated Google account or a non-migrated Nest one? How are you signing into your Nest app? Is it via the "Sign in with Google" option or the "Sign in with Nest" at the bottom?
