Resetting WiFi, will not reset

I have no power to Nest or WiFi reconnect, I cannot find WiFi connection

Thanks for posting in the community! Sorry to hear that your Nest Thermostat isn't finding any WiFi network. No worries, help is here! I'd like to ask you a few question to gather more information about this situation:

1. What Nest thermostat model do you have?
2. Does the thermostat display show any error codes or messages?
3. Can your other devices find your Wi-Fi network name (SSID)?
4. Are you trying to connect to the 2.4 GHz or the 5 GHz network?
