My customer asked me how and where can she leave a review for me? I did not know the answer !!! any help?

Are you a Nest Pro?

Google has pretty much killed the Nest Pro program when they went with OnTech as their sole repair source.

Dear Mr Patrick

Yes I am, I entered my ID during installation and as soon as I did it shows all my company details, but customer asked me how they can leave review for me and I did not know the answer and it was embarrassing. BTW, when I checked my NestPRO account afterward, it doesn't show there  in my Installed products!
