Hi, My Nest Learning Thermostat (Paid $249 for it a while back) is inoperable. The selection ring does not work & therefore I cannot connect to the WiFi to diagnose/ update firmware. I wanted to update firmware from my laptop but I cannot seem to find a link to the firmware and/or instructions to do so. Not even sure if this will help. Any input is appreciated!
