Room temperature

I can set my thermostat to 21° with the app & later without my input it resets itself to 22° or 23°. I want to control the set temperature not the app.

Do you have a schedule set up on your Nest?  Even if you didn't set one up, there may be a default one in there.  You can modify it or delete it entirely.

When you turn the dial or push the up/down buttons in the app to set your target temperature manually, that's only temporary.  At the next set point in the schedule, the Nest will revert to obeying the schedule.  That could explain why the Nest changes the target temperature by itself.
